Quality Testing Infrastructure
Cobb Tester
Purpose
Measures the water absorption capacity of kraft paper and paperboard to ensure moisture resistance and packaging durability.
GSM Testing Machine
Purpose
Measures the grammage (grams per square metre) of paper to verify raw material consistency and compliance with customer specifications.
Precision Weight Scale
Purpose
Accurately measures paper, board, and finished product weight for process control and quality verification.
B4 Cup Viscosity Tester
Purpose
Measures ink viscosity to maintain consistent print quality, colour reproduction, and smooth ink transfer during printing.
Edge Crush Test (ECT) Machine
Purpose
Evaluates the edgewise compressive strength of corrugated board, ensuring stacking strength and structural performance.
Ring Crush Test (RCT) Machine
Purpose
Determines the compression strength of paper used in corrugated board to verify material quality and durability.
Box Compression Strength (BCT) Machine

Tests the load-bearing capacity of finished corrugated boxes to ensure safe stacking, storage, and transportation.
Barcode Scanner
